After more than 20 years in the IT services business, Patrick has extensive experience serving major multinational corporations in the Greater China and Asia Pacific Region. He is an Honorary Advisor to the Hong Kong Association of Customer Service Excellence, and an Advisor to the Project Management Institute Hong Kong Chapter. He holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of Hong Kong, and an MBA from the Open University of Hong Kong.

Pete has worked for a number of IT vendors and possesses extensive service management and delivery experience in Greater China and Australia. He is highly respected for his skill in managing in-house IT infrastructure and operations. Pete is a certified PMP and ITIL Manager and has a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Data Communications, Networks and Distributed Systems from the University of London.
Matthew Ha, Operations Director
Matthew is highly proficient in TQM, Process Improvement, QMS such as ISO9001, and ITSM standards such as BS15000. He has over 20 years of IT industry experience and quality management. He is also a certified program leader for Kepner-Tregoe’s Problem Solving and Decision Making. He holds a BSc in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering, and an MSc in Engineering.
Yantl Sze, Alliance Director
Yantl possesses extensive service management consulting experience in Asia Pacific Region. She is a certified ITIL v2 Manager, ITIL v3 Expert and ISO/IEC 2000 Consultant. She is also the Director of Communications, and member of the Organizing Committee of the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) Hong Kong Chapter. She holds a BSc in Computer Science and M.Phil. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
